SwedCham HK invites you to an exclusive Swedish Midsummer Buffet at the W, so bring a guest and join us for a traditional Swedish Midsummer lunch on the actual Midsummer eve.
The lunch is prepared by the Swedish Chef Robert Nilsson, Director of Culinary at W Hong Kong. Robert has worked in France, Denmark, Sweden and Dubai prior to Hong Kong, Chef Robert loves to explore new high-quality ingredients from around the globe, and interpret them in his own unique style of cooking. Over the past 30 years, Chef Robert has worked at an impressive selection of world-class resorts and several upscale Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants to develop his progressive culinary profession.
With over 30 years under his belt, Chef Robert has won a string of awards including Swedish Chef of the Year, Nordic Chef of the Year and was the chef in-charge for the Nobel Prize Banquet for several years. What's more, he also won the Olympic Silver medal "IKA culinary Olympics" in Germany in 2000 and 2004.
